What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and also most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account. We also accept Postal Money Orders issued by the United States Postal Service.

What do I do if I have problems with my order?
If you have problems with your order, please Contact Us first thing. Then we can help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly.

Is your site secure?
Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers, and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?
Due to our ever expanding product line, an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for, please Contact Us with the product name and description, and we will do what we can to help.

What type of items do you sell?

Our specialty is quality replacement turntable belts for practically any type of turntable manufactured in the USA in the last 40 years.

Where do you Ship To, When Will My Order Ship, and What Are The Shipping Charges?
   
We ship everywhere in the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii.  Our products are in stock at our warehouses and orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours from when you place your order. Shipping is either by US Post Office Priority Shipping UPS, or Federal Express.  Type of shipment is based on size, weight, and destination. Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. For delivery times and additional information, please refer to our Shipping Information page for more details. 

What is your Return Policy?

Return Policy: NON-Defective Returns: You may return an item within 14 days.  However, there is a 20% restocking fee and the buyer must pay return shipping.  Please email for return authorization.  If the item is being returned and there is no problem with it, the box has to be unopened.  The item has to be in the box, in like-new condition the same as it was shipped to you in the original packaging and including instructions.  Thank you for understanding this policy.  Email or Contact Us at support@audioturntablepro.com if there is any problem with your order and we will resolve it promptly for you.  Please Contact Us if you have questions.

What if my item is defective or seems to be missing a part?

*On turntable belts, please email me directly at support@audiotablepro.com and then return to me at the address on our Contact Us page. 
**Your turntable and other turntable accessory items warranty coverage is through the manufacturer. Keep the instructions that come with your item since it contains the information about the manufacturer.  You must deal directly with the manufacturer for any warranty coverage.  AudioTurntablePro.com cannot provide warranty service for you for turntables, or other electronics.  You may Contact Us at support@audioturntablepro.com regarding defective items or items missing parts. However, we would like to know your warranty experience since we continually monitor how our customers are treated.

Is there a warranty on the item I am buying?

*Yes, I warranty the turntable belts myself and will take care of any returns on belts.
**Yes, the turntables and other turntable accessory items you are buying brand new items with Factory Warranty. Keep the instructions that come with your item since it contains the information about the manufacturer and the warranty provided by the manufacturer for the item.  Although the manufacturers we work with develop products of the highest craftsmanship and quality, occasionally a minor defect may pass through the manufacturer's quality control system. Not to worry, our manufacturers stand behind their products 100%, and request that you contact them directly with any operational problems. If you receive your product and it appears to be defective, please do not return the product to AudioTurntagblePro.com (unless it is a turntable belt which you return to me directly--see the Contact Us page), Or You Will Void the Product's Warranty. You must contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty contact information included in your product’s packaging.
