Shipping Policy
Turntable belts are usually shipped next business day.
Most other items will ship within 2 to 7 business days for instock items. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
Our warehouse uses Fedex Ground and UPS Ground interchangeably, so your item may be shipped via UPS or Fedex at our discretion.
Return Policy:  NON-Defective Returns -- You may return an item within 14 days.  However, there is a 20% restocking fee and the buyer must pay return shipping.  Please email for return authorization.  The item has to be in the like-new condition the same as it was shipped to you, in the original packaging and including instructions.  If the item is being returned and there is no problem with it, the box HAS to be unopened.  Thank you for understanding this policy.  Email or Contact Us at support@audioturntablepro.com if there is any problem with your order and we will resolve it promptly for you.  Once we have received your return, please allow 3 business days to complete processing.  

If you are unsure how to handle your return, Contact Us immediately at support@audioturntablepro.com. We will be glad to assist you in arranging your return.  You must have a return authorization prior to shipping a product to AudioTurntablePro.com. To get a return authorization, email us at support@audioturntablepro.com and provide your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and your reason for return. A customer service agent will process your request and email you with a return authorization number that you will need to include with your return. AudioTurntablePro.com must then receive the return within 7 business days as the return authorization is only valid for 7 business days after being issued.
The product must be returned like-new, with instructions and in the original packaging. If a return authorization is granted and our returns facility determines that the item has been opened and damaged, such a return would fall outside our returns policy and would not be eligible for refund. In such a case, AudioTurntablePro.com reserves the right to deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the product.
Do not tape or affix notes to the product's packaging. Please place all written correspondence inside the shipping carton.
We do not accept returns of any clearance items or rechargeable batteries.

Once we have received your return, please allow 3 business days to complete processing.

We try to carry on our website only product items that are currently in stock at our warehouse.  If an item happens to have just gone out of stock when you order so it is backordered, we will notify the customer of the projected ship date and give the customer a choice of keeping that particular item on backorder or requesting a refund, whichever the customer chooses.

Damaged in Shipping -- If you received an order that was damaged in shipping, please email us immediately at support@audioturntablepro.com.

DO NOT return the item to AudioTurntablePro.com.com until advised to as the shipping carrier must have the opportunity to establish a claim and, possibly, inspect the damaged carton. If the shipping carrier cannot verify that there is a covered loss under the transit insurance because an item has been returned to AudioTurntablePro.com.com, or its condition of receipt has been compromised, AudioTurntablePro.com  reserves the right to deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the product.

DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY OF ANY ORDER! If you do, it may be forwarded to the shipping warehouse or to the manufacturer, not to our returns facility. Accept the order and Contact Us via email at support@audioturntablepro.com. There is a minimum 20% restocking fee for all refused or returned deliveries, which will be deducted from your refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT FAILURE TO PICK UP AN ITEM FROM THE CARRIER OR TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY ALSO CONSTITUTES REFUSAL OF DELIVERY AS UNCLAIMED/UNDELIVERED ITEMS ARE OFTEN RETURNED TO AudioTurntablePro.com, RESULTING IN AN ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR.

Manufacturing Defects -- Defective Items or missing parts: Your warranty coverage is through the manufacturer. You may Contact Us regarding defective items or missing parts, however, you MUST deal with the manufacturer for the warranty coverage.  The manufacturers that we work with ask that they be contacted directly with all defect issues.  AudioTurntablePro.com cannot provide warranty service for you.  Keep the instructions and box received with your product.  The manual will have the manufacturer contact information should you need to contact them.
